Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and develop a team of advisers, driving business growth by recruiting and managing adviser personnel. The role involves not only guiding and motivating the team to meet targets but also generating leads from the open market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit advisers to build a strong team.
• Drive business through effective management of advisers.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve set targets.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to advisers.
• Generate leads from open market sources.

Additional Details

• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for this role.
• Team members will work on an off-roll commission basis.
• The Business Development Manager will be on-roll with a fixed salary, including incentives and allowances.

Candidate Profile

• Local candidates preferred with knowledge of the local area.
• Graduation is a mandatory qualification.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is compulsory.
