Business Central Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Central Consultant to join a dynamic and expanding delivery team. The role involves working on diverse Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects including new implementations, system upgrades, and ongoing improvement efforts, aimed at helping clients get the most out of their ERP platforms. The position offers the flexibility of fully remote work for candidates based in the UK, alongside competitive remuneration and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and upgrade projects for Business Central.
• Conduct workshops with customers to collect and understand business requirements.
• Convert business needs into practical and efficient ERP solutions.
• Oversee project scope and act as a trusted adviser throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Business Central.
• Experienced in running customer workshops and engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Have commercial insight and the confidence to provide constructive challenges when necessary.
• Adopt a proactive and responsible approach to ensuring project delivery success.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Project, or Service Management sectors is considered a plus.
