Business Analyst - Workday

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Workday projects, possessing strong skills in workshop facilitation and engaging stakeholders. This role involves working closely with both business and technical teams to analyze and optimize HR processes leveraging Workday functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing Workday configurations, processes, and operational models to design future state business workflows using in-depth Workday functional knowledge.
• Create comprehensive documentation outlining current and proposed processes.
• Facilitate review and optimization initiatives across domains such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance the utilization of Workday's features.
• Assist in assessing untapped Workday capabilities and formulate strategies for their implementation.
• Generate detailed requirements, process diagrams, user stories, and other relevant delivery materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and effective workshop facilitation.
• Proven Workday project involvement, with knowledge spanning multiple process areas.
• Background in HR process optimization is essential.
• Excellent process analysis and requirements management abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills tailored for diverse business and technical audiences.
• Preference for candidates able to work aligned with UK or European time zones.
• Commitment to provide consistent resource continuity due to the large-scale and extended nature of the program.
• Educational background including B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or BE in any specialization.

The role mandates working onsite in Pune, India with a focus on maintaining close coordination with stakeholders across geographies, especially in UK/Europe.
