Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and insightful Business Analyst to act as a crucial link between business objectives and technological solutions. This position involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating and improving processes, and aiding in delivering strategic projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements from various stakeholders across departments.
• Assess current business processes, workflows, and systems to find areas for enhancement and efficiency.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and operations teams to create effective business solutions.
• Perform data analysis, business performance evaluations, and process reviews to facilitate decision-making.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather details and maintain alignment on project goals.
• Assist with project planning, testing phases, implementation, and managing change.
• Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis, root cause investigation, and impact assessments supporting business initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions fulfill business needs.
• Monitor project results and suggest improvements for ongoing advancement.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date business documentation, process maps, and project records.

Qualification & Skills

• Prior experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, or data analysis is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation capabilities.
• Competent at gathering, documenting, and interpreting complex business requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus experience with business documentation software.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial.
• Understanding of business process modeling, project management principles, and system implementation is advantageous.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and stringent deadlines effectively.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
