Role Overview
The Brand & Marketing Associate position aims to enhance the D Globalist brand by highlighting the stories, accomplishments, and international journeys of its founder community. This role suits someone passionate about storytelling, content creation, social media management, founder engagement, and cultivating relationships with entrepreneurs and ecosystem stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to implement campaigns, manage communications, produce content, and assist in promoting initiatives like DGEMS, Select 200, eXtrefy, and other global projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee content for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Spotlight success stories of founders, company features, and ecosystem highlights.
- Collaborate with founders, marketing teams, and partners on brand alliance projects.
- Compose social media posts, articles, interviews, event messaging, and campaign materials.
- Aid in executing marketing campaigns for DGEMS, Select 200, eXtrefy, and international ventures.
- Support management of media partnerships, brand resource materials, and content scheduling.
- Track social media analytics and compile routine reports and insights.
- Contribute to event marketing efforts, speaker promotions, and community engagement activities.
- Keep detailed records of communications with founders, brand alliances, and campaign outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Media, or related areas.
- Between 0 to 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Communications, Social Media, PR, or related disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional social media outlets.
- Capacity to create engaging content targeted at founders, investors, and business audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents is advantageous.
