Overview
This opportunity is offered via a partner company seeking a Brand Manager based in Canada. The role involves working fully remotely and serving as a strategic collaborator for clients primarily within the restaurant and hospitality industries. You will oversee various marketing projects, including branding, digital content, media campaigns, websites, and customer experience initiatives, coordinating efforts between creative, strategy, and media teams.
Key Duties
- Serve as a strategic advisor for clients, aiding in the enhancement and execution of marketing programs.
- Oversee client projects from initial inquiry through to final delivery, defining project requirements and ensuring objectives align with client business goals.
- Develop clear project briefs for internal and external teams including creative, strategic, and media personnel.
- Contribute to team planning to prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables efficiently.
- Lead discussions internally regarding client expectations, project updates, and strategic directions.
- Manage project schedules, workflows, and reporting through project management tools to maintain visibility among teams and clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to answer queries, provide status updates, and fulfill their needs.
- Facilitate routine client meetings and share progress reports across multiple initiatives.
- Deliver presentations on marketing strategies, content proposals, and performance insights with a business-oriented perspective.
- Support additional projects and operational requirements as business priorities shift.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, account management, or related fields.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar disciplines.
- Preferably experience in an agency setting, with exposure to the restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-focused sectors.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to manage cross-functional team coordination.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com or comparable tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication applications like Slack.
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker capable of understanding business challenges and suggesting impactful marketing solutions.
