Job description
Overview
This opportunity is for a Branch Gold Loan Executive position at a financial services branch, located near your residence within a 5 to 10 km radius. The role starts as a 6-month internship with a stipend, leading to full-time employment and promotion upon successful completion.
Compensation & Career Progression
During the 6-month internship, you will receive a stipend ranging from ₹12,300 to ₹14,000 per month. Upon completion, you will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive with a salary package between ₹2.50 lakh to ₹2.92 lakh per annum, potentially rising to ₹3.00 lakh including performance incentives and branch bonuses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be graduates in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates who completed their degree between 2023 and 2026 are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in the local or regional language and a customer-centric attitude are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational activities related to gold loan processing, including administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Address customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by helping the team attract new customers, retain existing ones, and assist in local promotional initiatives primarily through internal call activities.
