Role Overview
The Boutique Manager at Trafalgar Luxury Group leads and motivates a team to deliver unparalleled client service and drive business success within a luxury jewelry setting. This position guarantees that all operational, sales, and customer service functions align with the brand's prestigious standards, nurturing a refined and discreet atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily boutique operations, ensuring strict adherence to brand protocols on hygiene, merchandising, client interactions, and security.
- Provide an exceptional luxury experience by cultivating strong relationships with VIP customers and guiding the team to offer personalized service.
- Set an example by meeting sales objectives, team KPIs, and client retention targets, directly impacting profitability.
- Conduct training and coaching to enhance team proficiency in clienteling, product expertise—including gemstones and materials—selling strategies, and brand narrative.
- Maintain superior visual merchandising that reflects luxury and aligns with the brand's seasonal themes.
- Coordinate client appointments, exclusive events, and after-sales services with meticulous attention to confidentiality and service quality.
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and product transfers, collaborating with supply chain and backend teams to ensure availability.
- Manage daily financial processes such as sales reconciliation, cash handling, and reporting, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Address client feedback gracefully, employing discretion and solution-focused approaches.
- Prepare and relay weekly and monthly sales, performance, and market reports to upper management.
- Organize staff schedules, monitor attendance and leave, and ensure adequate boutique coverage during peak hours.
- Promote a workplace culture centered on luxury service, integrity, and team collaboration.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Between three to five years of luxury retail experience, preferably with fine jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion brands.
- Proven expertise in clienteling and CRM, with a commitment to delivering bespoke shopping experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, and materials is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a benefit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage sophisticated clientele effectively.
- Displays impeccable grooming standards, professional demeanor, and emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, talent development, and team-building abilities.
- Commercially astute with robust problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
- Skillful in POS technologies, retail data analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
