Position Overview

We are seeking Casual Brand Ambassadors to represent Bose products at JB Hi-Fi stores. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious brand that combines sound and passion. Casual shifts occur Thursday through Sunday, with training provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales results for Bose's Portable Audio and Headphones range.
• Provide exceptional in-store customer experiences that foster brand loyalty and increase sales.
• Assist retail staff in understanding and selling Bose products by educating and demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel and customers to encourage advocacy for Bose.

Requirements

• Availability on Thursdays through Sundays, including weekend days.
• A positive, proactive attitude with willingness to engage customers and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Experience or strong familiarity with consumer electronics in retail settings.
• Energetic team player who shares product knowledge and supports a high-performance culture.
• Ability to undertake ASIC accreditation and background checks required for airport locations, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of prior retail or sales experience is favorable.
• A passion for technology and/or audio-visual products is highly valued.
