Overview

This full-time permanent position as a BIM Modelleur Architectuur involves developing comprehensive projects using Revit starting from the environmental permit stage. You will transform provided 2D designer plans into detailed digital architectural models. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will engage with architecture, structural stability, and technical disciplines. Your responsibilities include preparing necessary documentation for tender submissions and extracting quantities from the BIM model. Key Responsibilities

• Gather all pertinent information required to commence the project seamlessly.
• Create the architectural model of the project within Revit based on this information.
• Integrate discipline-specific models into a unified model and ensure coordination among them.
• Produce the required environmental and tender documentation derived from the BIM model.
• Update and adjust models during the execution phase as needed.
• Assist with the development of visualizations and virtual reality elements if requested.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance and automate workflows and processes.

Qualifications and Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent through professional experience.
• A solid understanding of BIM, coupled with strong enthusiasm for the field.
