Joining as a BIM Coordinator, part of their Digital Project Solutions team based in Donegal, you will be responsible for incidental geometry creation, information validation, model coordination, and reporting on large-scale, dynamic construction and civil engineering projects across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project information models ensuring proper sharing and client authorisation in line with project and contract exchange/security standards
- Maintain alignment with BAM's ISO 19650-compliant information standards and project/contract procedures
- Develop and review model coordination and mobilisation plans regularly
- Ensure all stakeholders properly use the Common Data Environment (CDE) as per BAM and client standards, including ISO 19650 compliance where applicable
- Maintain high-quality building information model data, both graphical and non-graphical, meeting required information levels and provide necessary reporting
- Assist in creating and evaluating project information models, flagging any data quality issues
- Implement digital processes throughout all asset lifecycle stages as required by projects/contracts
- Set up compliant workflows consistent with client requirements, BAM information standards, and ISO 19650, ensuring they are well documented, planned, and communicated
- Help develop the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP)
- Work with IT and the wider Digital Project Solutions group to ensure digital tools and systems are effective and suitable for each project or asset stage
- Identify and resolve technical challenges faced by users quickly to maintain productivity and performance
Candidate Profile
- A collaborative team player with strong time management and communication skills
- Passionate about digital construction and digital facilities management
- Basic knowledge of ISO19650 standards
- Exemplifies BAM's core values
- Holds higher education qualifications in construction or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience
- Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in digital construction or digital facilities management, with familiarity in industry and tendering procedures
