Role Overview
The company invites passionate individuals for the Barista position to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, maintain a pleasant café atmosphere, and manage sales transactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and tea beverages according to set quality standards.
- Ensure the café remains tidy, inviting, and well-organized for customers.
- Use POS systems proficiently and handle cash payments accurately.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in barista roles or related fields.
- Comprehensive understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- A positive demeanor paired with excellent customer service abilities.
