About the Role

We invite individuals eager to positively impact the military community to join the Defence Medical Welfare Service (DMWS) as a Bank Welfare Officer in Somerset, New South Wales. This role is ideal for confident, self-motivated candidates with prior experience in welfare who possess strong interpersonal skills and can operate effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

DMWS is a longstanding international charity with a rich history of delivering medical welfare assistance to the armed forces community for over 80 years.

Key Responsibilities and Working Conditions

Officers must be prepared for mobility and deployment as needed, with the flexibility to accommodate various job demands. This role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic organisation dedicated to serving the armed forces community.
