About the Team
The team focuses on infrastructure systems encompassing Storage, Computing, and Databases, striving to become a leading SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team within the industry. Members will handle complex challenges related to scalability using their expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and designing large-scale systems. Position Overview
We seek driven graduates joining in 2027 to pursue innovative ideas, confront technical challenges, and realize boundless personal and professional growth. Candidates must confirm availability to onboard by the end of 2027 and clearly indicate their graduation date in their CV. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the core infrastructure's reliability and efficiency, focusing on capacity, stability, setting reliability standards, and establishing recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot and identify technical issues, perform bottleneck analysis, and oversee transformation and upgrades to maintain high availability architectures.
- Develop automated operational solutions for managing large-scale systems and collaborate with development teams on system iterations.
- Design and implement software platforms and monitoring frameworks for efficient, automated, and intelligent governance of service-oriented architectures.
- Optimize company costs by setting delivery standards, monitoring resource usage, and budgeting systems, managing millions of CPUs.
- Design and set up new data centers, and develop data protection plans to comply with standard requirements.
Qualifications
- Educational background: Candidates completing or recently having completed a Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of computer software with an understanding of Linux operating systems, storage systems, network I/O, and related principles.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java; knowledge of design patterns and coding best practices is essential.
