Job Overview

The B2 Instructor role at Airbus Helicopters Arabia involves delivering technical training and curriculum development focused on the H145 maintenance specialty within avionics. The position is full-time and onsite in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Education credential: a minimum of Diploma in avionics or equivalent aviation training lasting at least two years.
• Preferred Licensing: Holding an EASA Part 66 or FAA License is advantageous.
• Practical Experience: At least five years of proven military or civilian experience in maintaining H145 helicopters.
• Instruction Experience: A minimum of three years acting as a technical instructor in relevant fields.
• Type Rating: Must have an H145 type rating certified by an OEM-approved training organization.
• Curriculum Development: Skilled in creating and delivering On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs tailored for both novice and expert maintenance technicians.
• Training Materials: Ability to develop various teaching tools such as charts, slides, handouts, and graphs to support training sessions.
• Supervisory Capability: Experienced in overseeing new maintenance technicians during training assessments.
• Computer Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for accurate record keeping adhering to company policies (PSS/GSAC).
• Technical Writing: Preferred experience includes three years in technical documentation roles.
• Special Qualification: Ideally certified as Level-7 in logistics, maintenance, or training specialties.
• Instructor Certification: Must possess an instructor qualification from a recognized body.
• Language Skills: English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or assessed during interview process for non-native speakers.
• Software Knowledge: Familiar with office automation tools including MS Office.

Mandatory Conditions

• All credentials and experience must be verifiable with official documents.
• Successful completion of the PSS/GSAC interview, conducted physically or online.
• Obtaining security clearance from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government.
