Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time AI Automation Specialist responsible for enhancing and maintaining automation workflows primarily using AI agents combined with platforms like Make and Zapier. This role is remote with working hours from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, offering a salary between $1000 and $2000 USD monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine AI-agent skills, workflows, and instruction sets.
- Automate the creation of AI-generated advertising materials, including images and videos.
- Streamline client onboarding processes through automation.
- Automate various tasks for copywriting teams.
- Implement systems to track and manage data automatically.
- Enhance and maintain an extensive existing suite of automations and AI workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Proficiency with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, including tasks such as working with GitHub repositories, applying changes, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication mechanisms, basic scripting, and AI-agent tools (e.g., MCP servers).
- Strong foundational understanding of tool integrations and troubleshooting.
- While professional software development expertise is not mandatory, coding experience or scripting skills are advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Previous programming or software development background.
- Experience working with Google suite apps (Sheets, Forms, Drive), Airtable, ClickUp, or GoHighLevel.
- Experience with AI-driven image and video tools such as GPT Image, Kling, Seedance, Grok Imagine, or similar.
- Knowledge of agent platforms like Hermes and OpenClaw.
