Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) function acts as a strategic partner supporting Mubadala's leadership to fulfill business objectives by attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a performance-driven culture and engagement. As an Associate in TA Operations, you will ensure seamless delivery of TA services, drive continuous improvements in processes, reporting, system administration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and align daily TA activities with organizational strategy and priorities.
  • Oversee TA invoicing, financial administration, mobility payroll coordination, and global health insurance governance.
  • Manage contract and vendor relationships related to TA services.
  • Administer recruitment and mobility systems, ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other tools.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems for insightful operational reporting, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technology teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize TA systems and technologies.
  • Lead survey design and analysis to gather employee insights and improve service effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as employer branding, assessment enhancements, and process automation.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and with external partners and vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition operations, shared services, or recruitment operations.
  • Proven experience with payroll processes, health insurance administration, invoicing, vendor, and contract management.
  • Proficient in administration of HR and recruitment systems, with technical troubleshooting capabilities.

Technical and Analytical Skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards, and automation.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI for designing and enhancing dashboards connecting multiple data sources.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Forms or equivalent for survey management and analysis.
  • High analytical ability with experience in producing management reports, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
  • Strong focus on data quality, governance, and integrity.

Business and Operational Competencies

  • Track record of managing suppliers, contracts, invoices, service providers, and monitoring SLAs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities precisely and thoughtfully.
