Overview
The Pricing Coordinator in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) is accountable for the comprehensive execution, oversight, and enhancement of pricing and promotional activities. This position ensures precise promotional pricing, contract handling, trade compliance, and delivers superior service by fostering strong collaboration with internal teams and customers. It is pivotal in achieving flawless trade promotions, maintaining data accuracy, and driving continual process improvements within TPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and carry out pricing procedures throughout the TPM cycle, emphasizing precision, promptness, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish, assess, and maintain promotional pricing schemes, trade allowances, rebates, and tailor deals for customers.
- Verify pricing details for promotional campaigns, agreements, and claims processing.
- Analyze pricing inconsistencies, determine fundamental issues, and assist in swift problem-solving.
- Ensure strict compliance with authorized pricing policies, trade conditions, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit trade promotion agreements for quality control reviews.
- Guarantee contracts accurately represent sanctioned events, pricing models, and trade terms.
- Administer promotional scheduling and guarantee that updates are properly synchronized across TPM tools, customer portals, and ERP systems like SAP.
- Facilitate reviews related to claim verification and trade expenditure audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent (BE/BTech acceptable).
- Advanced degree (Master’s) preferred.
