Role Description

The role is for an Associate within the EMEA Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking division. The individual will be critical in supporting M&A and fundraising deals, handling various components of deal execution and client support. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, a passion for digital infrastructure, and the capability to thrive in a collaborative and innovative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform robust quantitative and qualitative financial analyses, including valuations, comparable company assessments, and transaction analyses.
• Develop and manage intricate financial and operational models to assist in transaction evaluation and aid client choices.
• Prepare marketing presentations, pitch materials, offering memoranda, and other documentation required for clients.
• Carry out sector and company research to recognize trends, strategic themes, and new investment prospects within digital infrastructure.
• Support senior colleagues in deal execution activities such as due diligence, process coordination, and engagement with clients and advisors.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with responsiveness and a thorough appreciation of client aims.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by analyzing industry conditions, generating ideas, and crafting client-ready reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and presentation proficiency.
• Strong foundation in accounting, corporate finance principles, and valuation methodologies.
• Between 2 and 4 years of pertinent experience in investment banking focused on corporate finance or M&A, private equity, or closely related finance sectors.
• Demonstrated interest or prior experience in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or technology-linked industries is highly advantageous.
• Client-oriented approach with a proven ability to develop trusted partnerships and deliver customized solutions.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
