Role Overview
We are searching for a dynamic and diligent Associate to join our rapidly expanding digital team. This role supports leading advocacy campaigns and organizations by deploying effective digital communication strategies on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and launch engaging political and public affairs campaigns via emails, text messages, and peer-to-peer messaging.
- Generate and analyze reports related to email, text, and P2P communication performance.
- Handle creation of tracking links and manage data for campaigns.
- Design and maintain website pages and forms to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop automated workflows across various digital marketing channels.
- Contribute to the creation and review of fundraising packages for client approval and distribution.
- Use reporting insights to inform fundraising strategy decisions.
- Manage data selection and oversee data organization for fundraising programs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Experience with deploying marketing emails and analyzing related data.
- Proficiency in reporting and Excel or equivalent data analysis tools.
- Proven skills in creating compelling and effective content for digital platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington, Virginia as part of a hybrid work schedule.
- Experience with website content management systems like WordPress is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce platforms is beneficial.
Employment Conditions & Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek, combining remote and in-office attendance. The role is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, qualifying for overtime compensation.
The salary budget is $55,000 annually with possibilities for year-end bonuses. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) participation, paid parental leave, vacation, and sick leave. The company fosters a hybrid remote-work culture.
