The Tax Team
A&M Tax operates as an independent advisory group with experienced professionals delivering tailored tax advice primarily to multinational corporations and investors across diverse sectors. Free from audit-related conflicts, A&M Tax provides unmatched client service through its extensive presence in the EMEA region, the U.S., Asia, and Australia, offering vital expertise in navigating complex global taxation landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide corporate tax services to both international and Irish-headquartered enterprises across multiple sectors.
- Participate in advisory projects involving mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient financing, corporate restructurings, and engagements with Irish tax authorities.
- Collaborate closely with clients and project teams, including onsite tasks, to resolve tax-related challenges effectively.
- Prepare and review corporation tax computations, tax provisions, and supporting documentation under senior supervision.
- Support project management via tracking deliverables, coordinating information flow, and maintaining client communication.
- Contribute to business development through research, proposal drafting, and developing thought leadership content.
Qualifications & Attributes
- ACA or ACCA certification is essential.
- Experience providing corporate tax advice within the Irish context.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused, energetic work approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and engaged attitude.
