Associate Analyst - NOTAM (Only UAE National)

Role Overview

The Associate Analyst position in NOTAM at the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority involves preparation, maintenance, and oversight of NOTAM operations aligning with ICAO standards, focusing exclusively on UAE nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create NOTAMs upon request adhering strictly to ICAO regulations.
• Support the seamless operation of a 24-hour NOTAM office.
• Compile and circulate NOTAM summaries effectively.
• Administer and update the NOTAM database.
• Maintain complete records of NOTAM requests and issued NOTAMs.
• Document and analyze queries related to NOTAM and keep comprehensive statistics.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries as necessary.
• Actively participate as a member of the AIS Safety Committee.
• Revise and ensure the LAISI documentation holds the latest accurate procedures.
• Prepare and submit all functional reports promptly meeting GCAA quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental management systems in line with IMS standards within GCAA.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by management to fulfill organizational goals.
