Position Overview
We are looking for a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team to reside and operate at one of our properties in Sarnia, Ontario. This role requires living on-site, sharing accommodations, working four weekdays weekly, every alternate weekend, and being available for some evening on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely collection of rent payments
- Conducting property tours and promoting suites to prospective tenants
- Maintaining cleanliness in communal spaces such as hallways, stairs, and elevators
- Performing minor maintenance repairs
- Preparing apartments for incoming residents
- Delivering outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assisting with leasing procedures
- Responding to on-call requests during assigned hours
Candidate Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in a comparable role
- Proven cleaning skills
- Basic maintenance capabilities
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
