Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join the vibrant Vodafone retail outlet in Donegal Town. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The role is designed for individuals with strong sales acumen and leadership capabilities eager to advance their retail management career.

Primary Duties

• Achieve and surpass sales objectives by inspiring and mentoring the sales team.
• Assist in daily operational management of the store, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to provide excellent service experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of €15.65 with uncapped monthly commissions with an on-target earning of €45,000 annually.
