About the role
This position focuses on meeting the assigned branch’s debt management objectives while keeping monthly outcomes on track and operating within defined cost boundaries.
What you will do
- Drive collections by engaging customers directly and through agency visits.
- Track performance against agreed measures and share timely status updates.
- Make sure repossession activity follows all applicable legal requirements.
- Keep thorough records of customer conversations, payments, and related transactions.
- Prepare and submit recurring reports on collection progress and operational performance.
- Respond to escalations quickly and work toward effective issue closure.
- Own daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) activity.
- Build and execute approaches that help improve recovery and collection outcomes.
- Monitor cases individually and ensure resolution is completed within approved timelines and AOP expectations.
- Support portfolio oversight, risk control, team coordination, and vendor management.
- Coordinate smoothly with both internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Ability to meet collection targets through field visits and coordination with agencies.
- Experience in monitoring performance metrics and maintaining regular reporting discipline.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in repossession and recovery activities.
- Capability to maintain accurate customer and transaction documentation.
- Skills in escalation handling, risk management, and case-by-case follow-up.
- Competence in reporting, analysis, and tracking collection trends.
- Ability to manage vendor interactions and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
