- Execute in-process quality inspections during shifts at critical production stages such as texturing, ARC (anti-reflective coating) application, and metallization, vigilantly monitoring essential process parameters and noting any deviations from established standards.
- Regularly oversee production quality, communicate findings to the Cluster Manager - IPQA, and support the implementation of corrective actions to resolve detected quality issues.
- Validate test outcomes and perform calibration as required on instruments including AOI systems, IV curve testers, weighing scales, and other measurement tools.
- Manage defect detection processes for AOI and breakage cameras by teaching and updating defect recognition parameters (recipe management).
- Conduct benchmarking exercises comparing solar cell quality against competitor products.
- Maintain comprehensive records of in-process quality data, conduct preliminary analysis for trend identification, and report findings to management for further evaluation.
- Ensure all incoming materials conform to industry standards and specifications, keeping updated with evolving quality guidelines specific to solar cell production.
- Provide on-the-job training to production personnel emphasizing in-process quality standards to ensure uniformity across different shifts and production lines.
- Identify potential enhancements in manufacturing processes and collaborate with the IPQA team to implement improvements, participating actively in quality enhancement initiatives.
Stakeholder Interaction
