Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Account (CASA) sales at IDFC First Bank Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new CASA customers by opening Current and Savings Accounts.
• Generate prospective client leads through direct field sales and market outreach activities.
• Promote and cross-sell additional banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Loans.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage KYC documentation and ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory graduation qualification.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in banking, CASA, or BFSI sales roles.
• Strong communication and effective sales capabilities.
• Focused on achieving targets with a customer-centric mindset.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for field activities.

Compensation and Growth

The role offers a monthly salary between 22,000 and 40,000 INR, complemented by attractive incentives and potential for career advancement.
