Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive leader to enhance governance, coordination, and delivery within the Digital Office. This pivotal position partners closely with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to maintain alignment, enhance visibility, and ensure execution of strategic technology, digital, and business transformation programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate function-specific reports into a unified representation of the CDO Office’s progress and critical issues.
  • Establish and oversee governance frameworks, program reviews, steering committees, and leadership forums to track enterprise digital, technology, and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation efforts across multiple work streams, ensuring follow-up on audit findings and maintaining delivery timelines.
  • Support strategic priorities by preparing executive presentations, leadership materials, board communications, and consolidating updates for clear visibility on progress and challenges.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication among business, technology, product, and operational teams to resolve dependencies and remove execution obstacles.
  • Utilize structured analysis and data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and foster collaboration throughout the Digital & Technology organization.
  • Maintain awareness of organizational health indicators such as employee sentiment, attrition, and cross-functional teamwork quality; surface concerns early and assist in shaping responses.
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems to highlight execution risks, escalate issues when necessary, and promote accountability.
