Assistant Field Collection Manager

About the Role

Finagg Technologies Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Assistant Field Collection Manager with solid experience in business loan collections to join their Hyderabad team. This full-time position demands extensive fieldwork, hence the candidate must be a local resident familiar with the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to recover overdue payments, focusing primarily on business loan accounts with Days Past Due (DPD) above 90 days.
• Manage and strategize collections for a portfolio containing loan accounts with ticket sizes ranging from 7 to 10 lakhs, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with borrowers to facilitate timely repayments and efficiently resolve disputes or issues.
• Maintain proper documentation by preparing daily collection reports and updating records accurately after each field visit.
• Communicate effectively with the Collections Manager, providing timely updates on collection progress and challenges.
• Deploy negotiation and persuasion skills to secure repayment commitments from delinquent borrowers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience specializing in Business Loans Collections, prominently involving hard collections including Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and write-off cases with DPD exceeding 90 to 180 days.
• Proven expertise in managing high-value ticket sizes between 7 to 10 lakhs.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and skillful negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and consistently meet collection targets.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have personal transportation to facilitate field visits.
• Local residency is mandatory due to the nature of the role.

Additional Information

• This role commands a maximum annual compensation of 6 lakhs INR.
• Maximum allowable notice period is between 30 to 45 days.
