Role Overview

As an Assistant Educator, you will nurture young learners through engaging, play-based activities and meaningful connections. You'll be instrumental in creating stimulating environments that ignite curiosity and wonder. Your approach will embody kindness, creativity, enthusiasm, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of children through playful and meaningful learning experiences
Design and maintain inviting, curious learning spaces
Exhibit daily kindness, creativity, and a proactive attitude
Communicate confidently and establish lasting relationships with families
Maintain a positive, team-driven energy within the classroom
Inspire a lifelong passion for learning in the children

Qualifications and What You Bring

Interest in working as an Assistant Educator
Possession of a Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-recognized equivalent
Current valid Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
Warm and professional demeanor with a true passion for early childhood education
Ability to confidently engage with children, parents, and the wider community
Provision of two professional references, including one from a childcare or education manager or supervisor
