Akshar Enterprises is a Bengaluru-based business that creates and installs signboards and related branding solutions for clients across Karnataka. Its work spans LED signage, ACP cladding, name boards, vinyl printing, custom advertising displays, and end-to-end visual branding for commercial, industrial, and retail needs.

Role Overview

The Assistant Accountant will support routine accounting operations, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely billing, reconciliations, and statutory documentation. This role also involves coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep payments, invoices, and records up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Enter daily accounting transactions into Tally Prime.
Generate sales invoices, purchase entries, receipt records, and payment vouchers.
Keep the cash book, bank book, and petty cash records updated.
Match bank statements and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
Support documentation for GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable balances.
Create routine reports in MS Excel.
Organize and maintain accounting files and supporting documents.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on billing and payment matters.
Assist with payroll-related work and other administrative accounting duties.

Candidate Profile

B.Com degree in any specialization.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Working understanding of basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with Tally Prime.
Comfortable using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Ability to communicate in English and Kannada.
Strong analytical ability and attention to accuracy.
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Compensation

The salary offered for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 per month.
