Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time on-roll basis. This role involves managing and leading a team of advisers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment of sales advisers to build a strong advisory team.
• Develop and generate business through effective management of advisers.
• Lead and manage the team ensuring motivation and guidance are consistently provided.
• Provide training sessions and continuous support to enhance adviser performance.
• Drive the team towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges between 25000 and 45000 INR.
