Architectural Designer

Role Overview

Assist in the advancement of architectural designs and preparation of documentation, working closely with senior architects. Work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and contractors to oversee numerous projects spanning different design and construction stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design documents using sketches, models, diagrams, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
• Engage in design review sessions and interpret applicable building codes and regulations.
• Develop and update architectural plans, such as site layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sectional drawings.
• Coordinate building systems ensuring their integration and review subcontractor drawings and submissions.
• Assist in specification development, material choices, and apply sustainability concepts.
• Participate in progress meetings, support value engineering efforts, and help in generating preliminary cost evaluations.
• Provide input for site analysis, conduct research, and contribute to conceptual design benchmarking.

Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of architectural methods, regulations, and BIM software.
• Competence in producing precise architectural drawings and harmonizing multidisciplinary systems.
