About the Role

A reputable architectural design practice based in South Dublin is inviting applications for an Architect or Graduate Architect (progressing towards professional registration) with relevant local experience to become part of their growing team.

Responsibilities and Projects

The successful candidate will collaborate on a broad spectrum of projects including commercial, residential, leisure, and retail developments situated throughout Ireland. The role involves taking projects from the planning stage through to construction, requiring both design and technical proficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience post-qualification.
• Strong skills in architectural design and technical aspects are essential.
• Proficient in ArchiCAD software.
• Comprehensive understanding of Irish Building Regulations and the Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR).
• Previous involvement with on-site project execution is highly encouraged.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organization abilities are necessary.
• Membership with RIAI or RIBA, or active progress towards registration, is expected.
• Eligibility to work legally in Ireland is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from €45,000 to €65,000, dependent on experience.
