Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated trainee (m/f/d) to join our team in Marl as an apprentice in scaffolding starting August 1, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn scaffold erection, adjustment, and dismantling skills under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Acquire knowledge in planning and drafting diverse scaffolding structures.
• Understand the maintenance, storage, and transportation procedures of scaffolding components.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of safety regulations to ensure secure and careful work practices.
• Attend vocational school and participate in block lessons of inter-company training.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• Enjoy outdoor work and construction of scaffolding and specialized structures following technical drawings, including for bridges and buildings.
• Physically fit and resilient to weather conditions.
• Team-oriented with enthusiasm for high achievement.
