Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Proof of Concept prototypes that align with business goals in AI, ML, and Generative AI domains.
• Produce clean, maintainable code for data manipulation, model training, and deployment tasks.
• Work collaboratively to integrate new AI solutions into existing company platforms and systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing to optimize algorithm performance and scalability.
• Keep updated with the latest AI/ML trends and actively share insights to foster team expertise.
• Engage in technical discussions across the organization for knowledge exchange and innovation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Strong coding ability in at least one programming language like Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn along with data processing tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and Generative AI, with track record in building scalable models from concept to deployment.
• Proven skills applying deep learning and NLP methods to tackle complex, real-world issues.
• In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models and hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Capability to transform practical business problems into data science challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
