Role Overview

Altron Shipping Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Air Freight Coordinator to manage and coordinate various tasks related to air freight operations in our Singapore location.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer and internal enquiries regarding shipments.
• Handle order processing efficiently ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare all necessary shipping and air freight documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Liaise with the operations team to schedule deliveries and ensure timely execution.
• Generate and issue billing statements to customers.
• Coordinate booking arrangements and oversee customs clearance procedures comprehensively.
• Prepare and submit necessary permits for shipment declarations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
