The AI Business Solutions team seeks an AI Engineer Manager specialized in Microsoft-based solutions to lead and deliver intelligent, agent-driven AI applications. Combining leadership with technical expertise, this role involves designing scalable AI architectures and driving AI adoption across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle design and execution of AI implementations based on Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent frameworks.
• Architect and manage intelligent agents using Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel with programming in Python or C#.
• Ensure technical solutions are scalable, performant, and compliant with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business needs into AI solutions and identify valuable use cases.
• Mentor and oversee team performance, resource allocation, and project management to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive process optimization and decision-making to achieve high-quality delivery of AI initiatives.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proven expertise with Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel programming (Python or C#).
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and AI/ML technologies.
• Deep knowledge of agent-based architecture, orchestration, and system integration.
• Ability to lead technical design decisions and guide teams in best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Collaboration skills to integrate AI solutions across enterprise workflows and systems.
• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable and reusable AI components.
• Commitment to solution reliability, security, and governance compliance.
• Experience working in distributed onshore-offshore models.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
• Exposure to supporting large-scale digital transformation or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, deployment, and release management.
• Experience across multiple industries or in complex business environments.

Experience and Qualifications

• A total of 8 or more years professional experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI or agent-based solutions.
• Prior involvement in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements is essential.
• Educational qualification includes BE, B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or equivalent degrees with relevant industry experience.
• Microsoft AI certifications are advantageous.
