Role Overview
This position requires the development and enhancement of agentic engineering reasoning systems aimed at advancing AI capabilities within sophisticated engineering fields. The role includes building, improving, and maintaining an agentic framework along with its tool integrations, performing rigorous testing and evaluation to maintain quality standards, analyzing production data to detect and remedy failure modes, and collaborating alongside research teams to develop customized models and facilitate their implementation into products.
Qualifications and Skills
Suitable candidates will have experience in advancing AI prototypes to production environments, possess deep expertise in deep learning and a thorough understanding of machine learning concepts and large language models. Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain are essential, along with experience working in physical system domains like aerospace, mechanical engineering, or robotics.
Key Duties
