Role Overview
We are expanding our AI Deployment team in Abu Dhabi and Doha. This position is key to bridging AI product delivery with customer partnerships, focusing on crafting and executing AI solutions that tackle critical issues in finance, energy, and government sectors.
Key Duties
- Collaborate with customers to identify core challenges and prioritize AI-driven product features that solve them.
- Convert client business requirements into detailed technical use cases for engineering teams.
- Manage agile sprint cycles, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Engage with end-users regionally to facilitate onboarding and collect feedback for ongoing enhancement.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams including data scientists and engineers.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships to guarantee long-term success of AI deployments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in customer success, product management, delivery consulting, or technical account management roles.
- Background working with reputable organizations within product or consulting industries is advantageous.
- A strong grasp of AI and ML principles, data workflows, and deployment techniques.
- Ability to evaluate and discuss technical choices effectively with technical teams.
- Proven skills in building rapport with enterprise clients and senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex technical information to non-experts.
- Proactive and responsible attitude with experience managing agile project deliveries.
- Willingness to travel within the region for onsite deployments and customer engagements.
