Job Summary
This position is responsible for efficiently managing the store operations to maintain optimal inventory levels, secure materials, and support uninterrupted production and service departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prevent excessive or insufficient stock of materials to maintain inventory balance.
- Safeguard materials against theft, pilferage, fire, and other potential risks.
- Reduce storage-related expenses through effective management.
- Maximize the use of available storage facilities and workforce engaged in storekeeping activities.
- Ensure continuous and timely supply of materials to production and service teams without delays.
- Coordinate and improve planning for material receipt and issuance to production.
- Utilize Oracle software proficiently for inventory and material management.
- Oversee material handling and organize manpower planning related to store operations.
