Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to enhance team communication and collaboration.
- Provide coaching to teams on Agile principles and best practices to boost efficiency and output.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies affecting project schedules and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in prioritizing backlog items based on business priorities and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Possess 12 to 15 years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of the Agile Scrum framework and the capability to effectively implement it in dynamic environments.
- Exhibit excellent coaching abilities to navigate teams through conflict resolution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
