About the Role
Join Google Cloud's Customer Experience organization as the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) Practice Lead for Asia-Pacific (APAC). In this strategic role, you will guide the regional execution of go-to-market plans that combine Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, enabling resellers, partners, and field teams to deliver transformative cloud solutions across APAC. You will be integral in scaling AWT offerings and driving regional growth via programmatic GTM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable programmatic mechanisms to activate customer segments throughout APAC for the Google Cloud agentic offering.
- Empower sellers and partners to promote AWT business plays aligned with Google's AI value proposition.
- Lead cross-functional application of the AWT Specialty plan spanning Business, Enablement, Marketing, Partners, and Product to ensure successful market penetration.
- Direct customers to adopt agentic workflows that foster collaboration and maximize sales conversations to capture core value.
- Monitor KPIs for scaled initiatives and conduct business reviews to continuously refine GTM strategies in partnership with global practice leads.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in technical or go-to-market planning roles related to cloud solutions in customer-facing or business support capacities.
- Proven experience managing go-to-market activities and regional pipeline development through programmatic campaigns.
- Experience promoting or managing an agentic go-to-market offering in the APAC region.
- Strong stakeholder and operational management abilities within APAC.
- Expertise in creating channels to deliver solutions through field sales and partner networks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agentic Offerings, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, or related products.
- Proven capability in presenting to both internal and external executive leadership.
- Knowledge of generative AI technologies and competitive landscape in agentic tech.
- Adaptability to master emerging AI and cloud technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset to share ideas and align regional and global objectives.
- Exceptional content development skills that translate AI concepts into compelling business value narratives.
