About the Role
Take on the challenge as an Agentic Orchestration Engineer where you will develop and oversee multi-agent AI systems that support complex workflows at an enterprise level. Your work will involve designing scalable orchestration architectures, managing agent lifecycles, and ensuring observability and security to deliver dependable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable multi-agent orchestration frameworks layered into tiers such as routers, domain-specific agents, and utility agents.
- Create and maintain intricate workflow orchestration utilizing state machines to govern coordination, context, and control among agents.
- Oversee the entire agent lifecycle, including registration, configuration, version control, deprecation processes, and governance during runtime.
- Establish comprehensive observability mechanisms for agents and workflows with tools like LangSmith and Datadog to facilitate tracing, logging, metrics collection, and performance analysis.
- Develop asynchronous Python-based services integrating LangChain, LangGraph, or related frameworks for agent orchestration.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams to convert business workflows into effective multi-agent orchestrated solutions.
- Ensure production systems are reliable, secure, and resilient by implementing robust error handling, fallback tactics, and continuous monitoring.
- Champion and contribute to best practices, reusable components, and standardized patterns for orchestrating multi-agent systems within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing AI or automation systems using Python.
- Hands-on knowledge with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Strong grasp of multi-agent system design concepts, orchestration methodologies, and state machine usage.
- Experience with asynchronous programming models and event-driven design in Python environments.
- Understanding of monitoring and observability tools and practices, including LangSmith and Datadog or equivalents.
- Ability to build production-grade services emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and robustness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing tiered or hybrid orchestration schemas for agents or distributed services.
- Background working with large-scale AI, workflow platforms, or automation solutions in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts such as circuit breakers, retries, fallbacks, and timeouts applied to multi-agent systems.
- Open-source contributions related to orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, or multi-agent frameworks.
- Previous experience in consulting roles or client-engaging technical delivery functions.
