About the Role

Join Mining Adventure World as an Adventure Guide / Game Master and lead guests through thrilling experiences packed with excitement, teamwork, and memorable moments. In this vibrant role, you will be not only a host and game leader but also an inspiring motivator and key contact to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for from arrival to adventure conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create a positive atmosphere from the very start.
• Clearly and engagingly explain game rules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Manage escape rooms, challenge rooms, laser tag missions, and other adventure offerings.
• Monitor ongoing games and provide timely clues or assistance as needed.
• Prepare experience zones for upcoming groups while ensuring all equipment and areas are functional and tidy.
• Support special events such as birthdays, corporate gatherings, and bachelor parties.
• Assist with reception duties, bar service, and other organizational tasks depending on the assignment area.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee smooth operations throughout shifts.

• Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Maintain calm under pressure, even managing multiple groups in active settings.

• Are willing to regularly work weekends and evenings.
• Present yourself professionally and possess strong German language skills.
• Experience in leisure, event, hospitality, or service industries is helpful but not mandatory.
