Overview

The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in overseeing daily administrative functions to maintain efficient office operations. This position supports management and staff by handling various administrative and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee office administration and day-to-day operational duties
Maintain and organize records, files, and official documents
Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Arrange meetings, schedules, and appointments efficiently
Handle all incoming communications including calls and emails, as well as managing visitors
Prepare required reports, letters, and other administrative paperwork
Ensure upkeep of office facilities, including housekeeping and security
Assist Human Resources with attendance, leave management, and onboarding processes
Liaise with service vendors for maintenance and repairs
Maintain management information systems (MIS) and administrative trackers

Skills and Competencies

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or undergraduate degree as per company requirements
