Job Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and service excellence within their assigned territory by managing Data services (including Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud solutions), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line businesses. Acting as the principal liaison from the company, the individual will be the exclusive point of contact for customers across all three service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) by expanding both existing accounts and acquiring new ones.
- Achieve installation targets across Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
- Engage in new account acquisition (hunting) to expand Data, Voice, and Fixed Line customer base.
- Promote cross-selling of multiple product lines within existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline for all business lines, ensuring progressive maturity levels.
- Monitor competitor strategies by gathering market intelligence and prepare tactical sales responses for diverse client segments.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and business loyalty.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to maximize revenue capture.
- Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives with established customers.
- Guarantee prompt and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client requirements.
