Opportunity Overview
Join Microsoft in Doha as an Account Executive through the Erada program, designed exclusively for Qatari Nationals. This role involves crafting and executing comprehensive account plans that drive significant sales outcomes aligned with goals and budgets, by understanding client needs and steering digital transformation initiatives.
Program Details
The Erada program is a paid six-month full-time training opportunity split into two stages: an initial month focused on onboarding and technical and soft skills development, followed by five months of hands-on job training with mentorship and coaching. The program equips participants with Microsoft certifications, real-world experience, and exposure to advanced technology areas such as AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather client feedback to pinpoint satisfaction drivers and establish plans to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinating virtual teams and stakeholders to engage decision-makers within assigned accounts effectively.
- Presenting and recommending Microsoft solutions, creating value propositions and tailored business plans to drive upselling and meet business objectives.
- Formulating strategies to secure commitment and execute account plans while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal industry experts to accumulate relevant data for improved strategic account planning.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Must be a Qatari national and legally authorized to work in Qatar.
- Fluency in English is essential.
