Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process invoices accurately.
- Prepare and verify expense reports.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Participate in month-end closing activities to facilitate timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues on special financial projects and initiatives.
- Perform financial analyses on an ad-hoc basis as required to support decisions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other finance-related software tools.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating within a team environment.
- Prior finance or accounting coursework or experience is advantageous.
