Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking a skilled Accommodation Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. This role involves supporting the management to ensure the Accommodation department functions smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect guest rooms regularly to uphold high standards in cleanliness and presentation per guidelines.
• Maintain exceptional cleaning standards in both bedrooms and public spaces, including conference suites.
• Support recruitment and selection efforts to ensure staffing needs are met appropriately.
• Coordinate closely with the Maintenance team to maintain consistent hotel standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven supervisory experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Adaptable, approachable with leadership by example.
• Proficient in English language.
